Deliverology is a data collection and compliance reporting system built for the Ethiopian Ministry of Education. It replaces a fully manual, email-and-spreadsheet process — where university officials submitted reports by email and ministry staff manually merged them — with a structured online platform for submission, validation, and centralized reporting.

• Automated Validation: Validation rules flag incomplete, out-of-range, or inconsistent submissions before they reach the Ministry, reducing back-and-forth corrections.
